Seyval Blanc: Seyval Blanc grape is a French-American hybrid variety. This dry and crisp white wine is similar to a Pinot Grigio or Voiynier. Try it with light pasta.
Chardonnay: This Chardonnay is a classic dry white wine with a pleasant balance of oak and fruit. Nice accompaniment to seafood, pasta, and chicken. Great cooking wine!
Reserve Chardonnay: A special Chardonnay that has layers of pear/apple/tropical fruit aromas and flavors; with soft hints of oak/butter. This combination creates a smoother/creamier mouth feel.
Highland Red: A dry red wine with a youthful charm. Our winemaker selects varieties which, when blended, yield unique characteristics. A nice accompaniment to beef and lamb.
Merlot: This rich, full-bodied red is crafted truly of Bordeaux style and will compliment most any meal or social hour.
Cabernet Sauvignon: This classic dry red Bordeaux style wine was crushed, pressed, and fermented using old traditional methods, then aged in oak casks before bottling to yield an elegant, medium bodied wine. Great with beef, lamb and Italian cuisine. Use in red sauces and beef stews to enhance the flavor of your food.
Cabernet Franc: A rich, spicy full-bodied red wine with lots of fruit presence up front. The wine is lively on the palate with a long, complex finish from French and American oak. Use with heavy and hearty foods.
Royal White: This is a blend of American and French-American hybrid grapes that leaves grape tasting overtones on the palate. Royal White works well with chicken and pork.
White Riesling: A German style wine, light bodied wine that is delicious with light seafood and cream soups. Great with desserts made with coconut.
Highland Sunset: Medium sweetness enhances the character of this light bodied, grapey aroma of the Concord grape. Try it with hot and spicy foods. Drink chilled.
Cayuga White: This is a delightfully, light sweet style wine that is a nice accompaniment with cheeses, fruits, salads or by itself. Drink chilled.
Royal Rose: A sweet blush style wine with a refreshing fruity, American grape taste and bouquet, from the Catawba grape variety. Great with spinach salad with raspberry vinaigrette dressing or honey baked ham.
Muscadine:Produced from the Southern American variety of the white Muscadine grape and praised for its unique fruity character. (One year waiting list/limited reserve)
Southern Blush: This is a blend of white wine and peach in a light, sweet liqueur style. Use over vanilla ice cream, marinate fresh peaches or use as an after dinner drink.
Cab Berry: A blend of blackberry and red wine, with a sweet southern style charm. Named in honor of Highland Manor mascot, Cab, a robust, black Labrador Retriever.
